1. Our goal. NancyLayneCo, LLC aims for layne-staley.com to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, so it works for people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification and other assistive technology.
2. What we are doing. We are adding text descriptions to images, captioning new video where possible, checking color contrast, and reviewing new pages and store features before they go live.
3. Known limits. Some archival photos, older scanned documents and third-party features (such as payment and embedded media tools) may not fully conform. On request, we will provide the information in another format, such as a text transcript or help completing an order by email.
4. Feedback. If something is hard to use, email admin@layne-staley.com with the page address, the problem, and the device or assistive technology you use. We will reply within 5 business days and work with you on a solution.
