Submitting a Takedown Notice

To be effective, your notice must be in writing and include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material on our site you want removed, with enough detail for us to find it (a link to the page or image is best).
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

When we receive a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material and make a reasonable effort to notify the person who submitted it.

Counter-Notification

If you submitted material that was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above that includes: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any district where we may be found) and to accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complaining party notifies us that it has filed a court action.

Fan Submissions & Repeat Infringers

By sending us an image, you confirm that you took it or have permission to share it, and that you allow NancyLayneCo, LLC to use it as described in our Fan Submissions Policy, including displaying it on this site with credit. We will not accept further submissions from anyone who repeatedly sends us material that infringes the rights of others.
