Layne Staley Legacy Licensing, administered through NancyLayneCo LLC, is the proposed review and authorization platform for approved uses of Layne Staley’s name, image, likeness, archival materials, approved legacy marks, and select merchandise opportunities. The program is intended to preserve the integrity of Layne’s legacy while providing a clear intake and review path for qualified commercial, editorial, exhibition, and brand requests.

Name, Image & Likeness Requests If you would like to use Layne Staley’s name, likeness, image, signature treatment, approved marks, or other approved brand assets in a motion picture, television project, advertising campaign, consumer publication, exhibit, or digital activation, please complete the Name, Image & Likeness Request Form.

Product Licensing If you wish to secure a license to manufacture or distribute Layne Staley legacy products or services, please complete the Product License Application and provide product comps, proposed channels, pricing, minimum guarantee terms, and distribution plans.

Photo Licensing Approved archival photo licensing may be available for professional media, documentary, exhibition, editorial, and select commercial uses. Please complete the Photo & Archive License Request form and provide image references, use context, circulation, and creative materials.
