1. What you can request. You can ask NancyLayneCo, LLC to correct or remove:
- factual errors, credits or captions;
- your personal information;
- your fan Submission;
- material you believe violates your rights or privacy;
- broken links or outdated resources.

2. How to request. Email admin@layne-staley.com with:
- your name and contact information;
- the page address or a description of the material;
- what you want corrected or removed, and why;
- proof of identity or authority if the request concerns your rights or personal information.
3. Urgent requests. Put “URGENT” in the subject for anything involving a home address, phone number, a minor, health information, threats, impersonation or doxxing. We take urgent material offline within 2 business days while we review it.
4. Review and response. Requests are reviewed by authorized estate staff and, where needed, estate counsel. We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and give a decision within 30 days, explaining our reasons if we decline.
5. When we may decline. We may decline when the material is accurate and historically significant, the law requires us to keep it, or the requester has no rights in it. We may keep internal records of requests for legal, tax and security purposes.
